Our approach

Offllm is designed to run AI models on your device. Conversations and downloaded models are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not operate a cloud AI service for your chats.

Diagnostics

Offllm uses Sentry to receive crash reports and performance diagnostics. Diagnostic reports may include device and app information, technical logs, tool names and inputs, and up to ten recent chat messages truncated to 200 characters each. This helps us diagnose failures. Sentry processes this information on our behalf.

Issue reports

If you choose to send an issue report from the app, the report includes the description you write, your current conversation, app logs, and device/model information. It is sent to Sentry or, for eligible internal builds, to a private GitHub repository. The app tells you about this before you send the report.

Information we do not collect

We do not sell personal information, run advertising, or require an account for local chat. Your conversations are not sent to us as part of ordinary model use.

Optional network features

Some optional features, such as web fetching or connections to a remote MCP service, send requests to the service you explicitly choose to use. Those services process information according to their own privacy policies. Offllm does not control them.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

Children

Offllm is not directed to children under the age required to consent to digital services in their country.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
